this is indeed a long awaited solution for feeling a closer group. further function may be added for submitting annual collections by local chapters with a proper linkage of bank a/cs. so that persons who are responsible for collection should be moving in the citis repeatedly, and at the same time individuals will get a proper recpt also. before that all chapters should make an essential presence at the site, with a proper link of local office website.
